Last regular week of the first semester. Mid-Years next week. Note that Wednesday is an early release day. Block days will be Thurs (Thurs Block) and Fri (Wed block schedule).

AP chem (per 1):
Monday: Finish test on Chapt 13. Due on Tuesday: Reading and notes from some sections in chapter 6 and chapter 15 (to be described in class on Monday).
Tuesday: Going over test. Starting coverage of Acids and Bases. General Characteristics. Classifications (Arrhenious, Bronsted-Lowry, Lewis). Identifying conjugate pairs.
Wed: Short period. Finishing characteristics, starting pH concept/calculations.
Friday (block): Continuing pH. Possibly starting lab (?). Prepping for exam day.
Chem-I (per 2,3,6):
Monday: Assignment from Section 6-1 is due (Read/SSS 6-1 and problems page181 #24 thru 29). Going over quiz taken Friday. Starting Unit 3E: Periodic Table. HW for Tues: None.
Tuesday: Continuing Unit 3E on periodic table.
Wed: short periods: Finishing 3E. Starting Review for exam.
Block days (thurs and friday): Reviewing for exams.
Chem-IA (per 7):
Monday: Assignment from 25-2 due (Read/SSS 25-2 and problems page 808 numbers 9 thru 14. Going over quiz taken Friday. Continuing with Radiation: topics half-life and transmutation rxns. HW problems TBA.
Tuesday: Continuing with radiation (half-life and transmutations). Probable quiz on Wednesday.
Wednesday (early release day): probable quiz on half-life and transmutation rxns./ starting review for exam.
Thurs block: Reviewing for exam.
