I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving break. We have lots to do in the next 4 weeks leading up to Christmas break.
As usual, all plans and assignments are subject to change.

Monday, Nov 26: COW #8 assigned (the Halogen group) and due on Friday. Continue with History of Atom timeline and Keynote Unit 3 B. No Homework is planned for Tuesday.... but.... reminder that Project Prep will be graded on Wed/Thurs. If you're actually reading this, you may want to see hint on Friday's agenda that will come in handy for Friday's Sub-Test.
Tuesday: Quick review of history. Covering/reviewing "Basic Atomic Structure"(Atomic number, Mass Number, Protons, Electrons, Neutrons, Isotopes.... possibly introducing Atomic Mass calculations. HW for Wed/Thurs will be a worksheet on all of the above. Also, project prep to be graded. I will also be asking each project group to tell me their general plans for their video theme. Note that COW will be due on Friday AND we will be having a Sub-Test (a.k.a. Half-Test) on Unit 3 to date (history, subatomic particles, atomic structure, isotopes, atomic mass). This Sub-Test will be open note.
Wed/Thurs: Finishing Unit 3B Atomic Mass Calculations. I expect to be giving you approx 45 minutes to work on projects. I will be checking and grading progress of each group during this time. Reminders for Friday: COW due, Sub-Test on Unit 3 A and 3B.
Friday: COW due. Sub-test. BONUS HINT: understand historical significance of Nov 22 and Dec 7. Looking ahead.... I don't foresee any homework over the weekend...but.... a good chance to work on project (script and/or storyboard is due Dec 5/6).
